Placing an Order
How will I know that my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email from the Gonstead University Store. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your package.
Which credit cards can I use to place an order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Is it possible to return a product?
You may return your unused product in the original packaging for a full refund of the merchandise price within 30 days. Expect a refund to your credit card within 14 to 28 days after we receive your return (although you may see it sooner). Gonstead University will cover shipping costs for defective product(s). Services, shipping, and custom products are non-refundable after printing has occurred.
Prior to returning a product, please send us an email with your order number and pictures showing damage. Please do not send a package back until you have received a confirmation from a Gonstead University representative. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client.
Shipping
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO box address, the order will be cancelled.
Merchandise Orders - All merchandise orders totaling $300 or more will require a signature by a resident adult. No packages will be left unattended unless specified in the comments portion of your order. If removal of a signature requirement is requested, Gonstead University is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered, or undelivered items and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Do you ship to my country?
We recommend emailing us in advanced to get a shipping quote for your country for faster delivery and less expensive shipping options.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Orders typically ship within 5 business days. Custom products typically ship within 7-10 business days, but may vary depending on the items ordered.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain a tracking number from the carrier that we have utilized to ship your package.
There is a problem with my shipment/my order never arrived, what should I do?
